The Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) makes recommendations to the City of Hollister Council and the San Benito County Board of Supervisors as to commercial and/or residential development around public use airports in San Benito County. The Commission ensures orderly growth around the airport and protects the general welfare of the local inhabitants and the general public. The Commission receives no funding.
